1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking a class, or purchasing a membership with VOLCANO Personal Training Club ("VOLCANO", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Membership & Services
Memberships and class packages are personal to the member and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Class schedules, programs, and pricing are subject to change, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any changes in advance.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Class bookings should be made in advance through WhatsApp, our website, or in person. We recommend notifying us as early as possible if you are unable to attend a scheduled session, as availability may be limited.
4. Payments & Fees
All membership and package fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of training, unless otherwise agreed. All prices displayed include VAT. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except at our discretion or as required by law.
5. Health & Safety
By participating in any class or activity at VOLCANO, you confirm that you are physically fit to take part or have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to our team. Participation in physical training carries inherent risk, and members and guardians (for children) participate at their own risk.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all members, parents, and guests to treat our staff, coaches, and fellow members with respect. VOLCANO reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of misconduct, abusive behavior, or breach of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of VOLCANO Personal Training Club and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOLCANO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our facilities or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
